3-Day Example Itinerary

DAY 1 

Focus: Foundations 

Arrival & Welcome Briefing, meet your coach and other participants. 

Surf Session 1: Technique & Foundations Focus: pop ups, paddling, positioning and stance review.

Lunch (to buy your own)

Free time 

Check into accommodation

Surf specific yoga and ice bath recovery session

Dinner (Group Meal) Great time to connect with the crew.

Group Feedback Break down, highlight strengths, and set goals for Day 2.

 

DAY 2 

Sunrise surf specific yoga and mobility session

Light Breakfast (provided)

Surf Session 2

Post-Surf snacks and hydration (bring your own snacks or purchase from the cafe)

Lunch (not included, please bring your own or purchase from the cafe)

Surf session 3

Free time

Group Dinner (included)

Relax, share stories, and fuel up for the final day.

Your softboard - If you have one, otherwise we will provide you with one!

Wetsuit(s) – suitable for the local water temps in the cooler months (we recommend a steamer for Winter and spring)

๐Ÿงข Hat or cap for sun protection, Sunglasses (polarized recommended)

๐Ÿงด Reef-safe sunscreen

Comfortable surf wear (rashies, boardshorts, wetsuits (If you do not have a wetsuit you can borrow a spring suit but we do suggest a steamer full length wetsuit for the cooler months) 

Warm layers for early mornings/evenings 

Casual clothes for dinners and group events

  • Meet our welcoming team and arrive 15 minutes before the event starts at our One Mile Beach Surf School Van, located in the car park next to the Cafe – you can't miss us!

These Beginner / Intermediate Surf Camps are for those who are 18+ years old

These camps are available to both men & women! 

Cancellations on the day of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee. 

If we cancel the lesson due to dangerous surf conditions a full refund will be given.

Surf lessons will not be cancelled when it rains, we run surf lessons in all weather conditions providing it is safe to do so, therefore no refunds or credits are given.

Unfortunately no refunds can be given if, for any reason, you have to leave early while participating in the event. 

If we have to cancel the event we will issue you a total refund.
