Welcome! ✨ Thank you for joining us! 🙏🏽💫 We are thrilled to have you at our Beach Yoga Sessions at One Mile Beach.
Prepare for an hour of yoga with gentle, flowing stretches that will leave you feeling refreshed and energised for the day ahead.
For all yoga levels - you don't need to be a Yogi to attend.
Meet at our surf school van at One Mile, situated in front of the Cafe at One Mile Beach.
Once everyone has arrived, we will make our way to the beach to start our yoga session. 🤍

PLEASE NOTE - We ask to run women / sista only classes to join in with our Salty Sista Saturday (Women Only Beach Yoga & Surf classes) on the below dates:
26th October and 30th November
Meet at Port Stephens Surf School van at 7:15AM (we ask you to please be on time so we can register you before walking to the beach).
Walk down the the sand at 7.25am to start our yoga session from 7:30am.
Hydration - Water bottle.
Yoga Mat (that you are happy to be on the sand with) alternatuvely we can supply you with a mat.
Wear clothes you feel comfortable practicing yoga in - warm clothes if you are a cold frog in the morning ;)
Swimmers - if you feel like a cleanse after the class.
Please meet at the Port Stephens Surf School van at One Mile Beach at 7.15am to check in for your class.
I've never done yoga before - can I still join the class?
Of course, We welcome all levels of experience!
I don't have any equipment - will this be an issue?
We can supply everything with your class.
Unfortunatley no refunds will be given, unless we cancel and we can either refund or credit you for anothe class.
You will be notified of cancellations either evening before or morning of the class via text.
Cancellations occur due to weather conditions.
